Trolling
/ Boat Fishing

12lb
to 20lb stand up rods for Spanish Mackerel, coupled with
strong multipliers capable of holding 20lb mono minimum
300 yards.

6lb
to 12lb stand up boat rod and reel for bottom fishing for
Snapper and grouper, but coupled with 25Lb mono to handle
all the fish.

50Lb
class rods and reels coupled with 50lb Mono if you fancy
having a go for those sharks, and big rays.

A
selection of good quality medium and large, deep and
shallow diving lures, links, split rings and spare trebles
will be all you need.

pair of long nosed pliers or boga grips can be a great
addition,
Saltwater Fly fishing

or 9weight
saltwater fly rod and reel with 8 to 9 weight shooting lin,
this can be used For both shore fishing and light boat fishing

weight salt water fly rod and reel with 12 weight shooting
line, For Giant Trevally and Spanish mackerel fishing

Selection
of tarpon / sailfish style flies, (poppers)

Selection
of fly tippets from 10–30lb, plus a selection of wire
traces.

to 10 ft medium / heavy spinning rod, coupled with fixed
spool reel of 20lb mono. Reel need to hold a minimum of
250 yards for the large Trevally.

- 8ft Bait caster rod and reel, 20 - 30lb braided line for
Barracuda and estuarine fishing.

Selection of sinking and floating lures from 2 to 6 inches
in length.

Small
spinners, spoons and plastic jigs / jelly worms.

Hooks
need to be strong, anything from a 1/0 – 8/0, should be
carried.
