Himalayan Trout tour
The
trip offers you a unique opportunity to Fish in Different
sections of the Tirthan River. Here you will find pure wild
brown and rainbow trout, freely swimming in the crystal
clear waters of the Himalayas.The Tirthan Valley is located
within the Great Himalayan National Park, and is one of the
premier trout fisheries in India today, and with catches of
big trout being recorded each year this is truly a fly
anglers dream.

The
valley has several river you can fish within a short drive
of base camp, you will have the opportunity to fish shallow
glides where stalking the fish is a great thrill, or fish
deep pools where you can see the unmistakable black shapes
beneath the surface.
We have selected a group of venues in the Himalayas to suit
every angler’s level of experience and taste, so if its
big browns and giant rainbows you’re after, grab the rods
and join us for this exciting trip in search of the elusive
Himalayan kings.

Day
1: Early Morning drive from Delhi to Tirthan valley
(11hrs). Its lovely drive that takes you from the plains to
Himalayas, take lunch en route and arrive at Tirthan Valley,
in the early evening.
Wash, change and Take dinner & retire for the day.
Overnight in Lodge.
Day2:
After Breakfast at Lodge, Brief Orientation about the river
and different areas you will be fishing.
Full day Fishing at Tirthan river , Packed lunch will be
served.
Evening return to Lodge for dinner. Overnight in Lodge.
Day
3 - 6:
Full day Fishing at different areas of Tirthan river. O/N
Lodge.
Using the 4x4 jeeps and driver you can explore different
beats of the river and use a variety of tactics on a
selection different water situations, from fast moving
streams to deep clear pools full of fish.
Day 07: After
Early Breakfast, hit the road for your drive back to Delhi.
Packed lunch will be served.
Arrive
in Delhi by early Evening.
